Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancelling

Open Billing in your dashboard and cancel through the billing portal. Cancellation is always available and never requires contacting support.

When access ends

If you cancel during the trial, access continues until the trial end date and you are not charged the monthly price. If you cancel during a paid month, access continues until the end of that paid month.

Refunds

The $2.95 trial charge is generally non-refundable because access is granted immediately. If a monthly renewal was unintended and unused, contact support@atsresumewizard.com within 14 days and we will review the request.

Your documents

Cancelling does not delete your saved documents. You can export or delete them yourself at any time.
