How do I cancel?

Open Billing in your dashboard and use the billing portal. Cancellation is available at any time and takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.

What counts against my 3 resume generations?

A credit is used only when the AI produces a new or substantially regenerated resume. Editing a saved resume, previewing it, or downloading it again never uses another credit.

What counts against my 3 cover letters?

Each new AI-generated cover letter uses one credit. Editing and re-downloading an existing cover letter is free.

Which file formats can I upload?

PDF and DOCX resumes up to 5 MB. If text cannot be extracted from your file, you can enter your details manually.
