Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect and how we handle it. Resumes contain personal information, so we keep the scope narrow.

What we store

• Account data: email address, name and authentication records.
• Documents you create or upload: resumes, job descriptions, cover letters, exports.
• Subscription records: plan status, trial dates and payment provider identifiers.
• Operational logs used to diagnose errors. We do not log passwords or card details.

Who can see your documents

Only your account. Documents are stored privately and access rules are enforced on the server; uploaded files are not publicly reachable.

AI processing

Resume and job description text you submit is sent to our AI provider to produce audits, rewrites and cover letters. Do not include information you are not comfortable processing this way.

Payments

Card details are handled by our payment provider. We never receive or store full card numbers.

Deletion

You can delete individual documents at any time, and deleting your account removes your profile, documents and usage records. Billing records may be retained where required for accounting and legal obligations.
